Recovery Officer, Shri Veraval<br \/>\nRatnakar Cooperative Bank Limited (under liquidation) or in the<br \/>\nalternative to direct the Registry and\/or State Bank of India to<br \/>\nremit the Fixed Deposit amount of Accounts No.30561384187,<br \/>\n306109996162 and 30572344298 of State Bank of India, High Court<br \/>\nComplex in favour of the applicant herein either by Demand Draft or<br \/>\ncheque to enable the applicant to deposit the said amount with Shri<br \/>\nVeraval Ratnakar Cooperative Bank Limited (under liquidation).\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tMr.Qureshi,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the applicant submits that now as per the<br \/>\nresolution passed by the State Government dated 19.5.2010 (Annexure<br \/>\n`C&#8217;
