The<br \/>\nconvict prisoner has mentioned in the application that he is a<br \/>\nteacher and, therefore, if he is granted temporary bail, he will be<br \/>\nassisting his son in Maths, Science and English subjects.  From the<br \/>\njail remarks, it is clear that he has enjoyed one furlough in the<br \/>\nmonth of April 2010 for 14 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the same requires<br \/>\nconsideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP Mr.Shah waives service of notice of rule on behalf of<br \/>\nthe respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the application<br \/>\nis allowed.  The convict prisoner is ordered to be released on<br \/>\ntemporary bail for a period of 21 days from the date of his actual<br \/>\nrelease on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five<br \/>\nthousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction<br \/>\nof the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.
