The appellant<\/p>\n<p>                should describe the designation of the respondent carefully. It<\/p>\n<p>                shall be duty of the Divisional Rail Manager, Dhanbad to<\/p>\n<p>                serve the notice upon respondent and service of notice upon<\/p>\n<p>                the Divisional Rail Manager for being delivered to the<\/p>\n<p>                respondent shall be treated as sufficient notice.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Requisite for fresh notice by registered post with<\/p>\n<p>         A\/D must be filed within one week, failing which the<\/p>\n<p>         memorandum of appeal shall stand dismissed without further<\/p>\n<p>         reference to a Bench.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  ( Shiva Kirti Singh, J.)<\/p>\n<p>                                    ( Gopal Prasad,J)<br \/>\nNaresh\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
