No one<\/p>\n<p>                         appears on behalf of the State. Perused the report kept at flag<\/p>\n<p>                         &#8216;A&#8217;.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail     in a case registered for<\/p>\n<p>                         offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                         Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner&#8217;s prayer for bail      has earlier been<\/p>\n<p>                         rejected vide order dated 23.12.2009 passed in Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                         No. 30285 of 2009 as contained in Annexure 1.<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>                         there has been delay in lodging the first information report<\/p>\n<p>                         and the death of the victim was accidental.<\/p>\n<p>                                   However,     considering   all the allegation    and<\/p>\n<p>                         materials on record the petitioner&#8217;s prayer for bail was<\/p>\n<p>                         rejected by the aforesaid order on earlier occasion. No<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        fresh ground      could be set forth by the petitioner for grant<\/p>\n<p>        of bail. In the result this application is dismissed at this<\/p>\n<p>        stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  However, it appears that charges were framed<\/p>\n<p>        on 15.1.2009 and only four chargesheet witnesses could be<\/p>\n<p>        examined out of thirteen chargesheet witnesses till the date<\/p>\n<p>        of report kept at flag &#8216;A&#8217; . The petitioner is in custody<\/p>\n<p>        since 25.7.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  In above view of the matter, it would be expected<\/p>\n<p>        from the trial court to take every possible step for disposal<\/p>\n<p>        of the concerned trial preferably within six months. If the<\/p>\n<p>        trial is not concluded within six months, then, if so advised,<\/p>\n<p>        the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for<\/p>\n<p>        bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  From perusal of report, it appears that the<\/p>\n<p>        concerned officer has not given any explanation         for non<\/p>\n<p>        compliance     of order      of this Court passed on earlier<\/p>\n<p>        occasion.
