Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances that the delay is exceeding 400 days, in<br \/>\n\tevery matter and hence, appropriate cost would be Rs.2,000\/- per<br \/>\n\tmatter to be paid to the State Government.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.Under these circumstances, the delay<br \/>\n\tin preferring the concerned First Appeals is condoned on condition<br \/>\n\tthat the applicants pay the cost of Rs.2,000\/- in each matter to the<br \/>\n\trespondent within a period of four weeks from today.  The cost shall<br \/>\n\tbe paid to the District Collector, Surendranagar.  It would also be<br \/>\n\topen to the applicants to deposit the cost with this Court and if<br \/>\n\tsuch amount is deposited, it would be open to the office of GP to<br \/>\n\twithdraw the amount to be forwarded to the concerned District<br \/>\n\tCollector.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tsame view deserves to be taken.  Hence, the following orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>Under<br \/>\n\tthese circumstances, the delay in preferring the concerned First<br \/>\n\tAppeals is condoned on condition that the applicants pay the cost of<br \/>\n\tRs.2,000\/- in each matter to the respondent within a period of four<br \/>\n\tweeks from today.  The cost shall be paid to the District Collector,<br \/>\n\tSurendranagar.  It would also be open to the applicants to deposit<br \/>\n\tthe cost with this Court and if such amount is deposited, it would<br \/>\n\tbe open to the office of GP to withdraw the amount to be forwarded<br \/>\n\tto the concerned District Collector.\n<\/p>\n<p>All<br \/>\n\tthe applications are allowed to the aforesaid extent.
