APP (SJ) No.216 of 2011\n                                     SANJU DEVI\n                                         Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   29.4.2011                  Heard Shri Abhay Shankar Singh, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the appellant and Shri S.N.Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the<\/p>\n<p>                 State on the prayer for bail of the appellant which has been<\/p>\n<p>                 considered after receipt of the lower court records.<\/p>\n<p>                                The victim of the occurrence of abduction is the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant who was recovered from the house of this appellant<\/p>\n<p>                 Sanju Devi who is the wife of accused Dorik Rai. The<\/p>\n<p>                 participation of accused Dorik Rai is clear from the evidence of<\/p>\n<p>                 the informant along with others. This appellant is simply alleged<\/p>\n<p>                 to have aided in confining the victim into her house.
