Case No. 175 of 2009 registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                    414\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Taking into consideration that having more or<\/p>\n<p>                    less similar allegation, co-accused, Vijay Kumar Paswan @<\/p>\n<p>                    Vijay Paswan, Son of Muneshwar Paswan has already been<\/p>\n<p>                    granted privilege of bail by another Bench of this Court vide<\/p>\n<p>                    order dated 15.09.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33994 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, namely, Vijay Paswan, Son of Rajendra Paswan,<\/p>\n<p>                    Resident of village-Bakhari, Bujurg, Police Station-Mushari<\/p>\n<p>                    Gharari, District-Samastipur is directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                    on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                    two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                    Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with above stated Ujiarpur P.S.
