Lobo,\n        (ii)    Shri R.K. Gupta\n\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.      In this case, the Appellant had, in his application dated 16 September<br \/>\n2008, requested the CPIO for the copies of a number of records and<br \/>\ndocuments concerning his own case. The CPIO provided part of the<br \/>\ninformation in his reply dated 14 October 2008. Against this, the Appellant<br \/>\npreferred an appeal on 4 November 2008. The Appellate Authority disposed<br \/>\nof the appeal in his order dated 17 December 2008 in which he directed the<br \/>\nCPIO to provide the remaining information. It is reported the CPIO provided<br \/>\nthe same in his order dated 22 December 2008. In the meanwhile, on the<br \/>\nsame day, the Appellant had already sent a second appeal to the CIC.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      We heard this case through videoconferencing. The Appellant was not<br \/>\npresent in spite of notice. The Respondents were present in the Chennai and<br \/>\nMumbai Studios of the NIC. We heard their submissions. They explained that<br \/>\nall the information sought had already been provided and there was nothing<br \/>\nmore to be given. The contents of the 22 December 2008 communication of<br \/>\nthe CPIO listing the records and documents were read out during the<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/A\/2009\/000398<br \/>\n hearing. We are satisfied that all the information has indeed been provided.<br \/>\nThere is nothing more to be done in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      The case is thus disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
