At that stage, it was requested to adjourn the<br \/>\nmatter so as to enable the learned advocates appearing on behalf of<br \/>\nthe respective parties to  settle  the  matter amicably  between  the<br \/>\n\u00a0parties. It is reported that appropriate decision making<br \/>\nAuthority is out of country and, therefore, the talks are not<br \/>\nmateralised. Tomorrow, Mr.S.I.Nanavati, learned Senior Counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the Management has some difficulty. Hence, the<br \/>\nmatter is required to be adjourned beyond vacation.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tAt<br \/>\nthis stage, learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective<br \/>\nparties have requested to treat these matters as part-heard as the<br \/>\nmatters are substantially heard by this Court.
