No.35762 of 2010\n                 MAHESH RAM, son of Late Ramdeo Ram\n                                  Versus\n                            STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   11.10.2010              Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, the State<\/p>\n<p>                  and the Informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under Sections 406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering that the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                  05.08.2010 on account of financial dispute between the<\/p>\n<p>                  parties,    let the petitioner above named, be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                  on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Five thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                  two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be<\/p>\n<p>                  fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohatas at Sasaram in connection<\/p>\n<p>                  with Complaint Case No.1151( C) of 2009, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                  conditions, (i) That one of the bailor will be a close relative of<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as<\/p>\n<p>                  to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will<\/p>\n<p>                  undertake to furnish information to the Court about any<\/p>\n<p>                  change in address of the petitioner.
