Considering<br \/>\nthe fact that the appeal is arising from the short sentence imposed<br \/>\nby the learned Judge and considering the pendency of large number of<br \/>\nmatters, I am of the view that the applicant deserves to be enlarged<br \/>\non bail on his furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten thousand<br \/>\nonly) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\nTrial Court and subject to the conditions that :-\n<\/p>\n<p>(i)\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall not leave the territorial limits of the State of<br \/>\nGujarat without prior permission of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall not involve himself in such or similar offence<br \/>\nhereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender his passport, if any, before the Trial<br \/>\nCourt concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Z.K.SAIYED,J.)<\/p>\n<p>ynvyas<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Mafaji vs State on 15 December, 2010 Author: Z.K.Saiyed,&amp;Nbsp;
