This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :\n<\/p>\n<p> 1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 4 to grant permission to the petitioner for appearance in the written examined to be held on 8.9.99.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2. To issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon&#8217;ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p> 3. To award the cost of this petition to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2. This Court vide its order dated 7th September. 1999 allowed the petitioner to appear in the examination of B.T.C. Training Course provisionally and pursuant to the aforesaid interim order, the petitioner appeared in the B.T.C. examination. The respondents have also filed counter-affidavit giving reasons as to why the petitioner was not allowed to appear in the B.T.C. examination. Since the I petitioner has appeared in the examination of B.T.C. under the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents are directed to declare the result of the petitioner after considering his case in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a period of one from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p> 3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of. However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the same, if the same is open under law.\n<\/p>\n<p> 4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
