College, Barahiya under Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>                 Tilka   Manjhi   University,   Bhagalpur   has   prayed   for<\/p>\n<p>                 directing the respondents to make payment of difference of<\/p>\n<p>                 D.A. of G.P.F., amount of gratuity, leave encashment and<\/p>\n<p>                 G.I.C. The petitioner has also prayed for making payment<\/p>\n<p>                 of arrear of salary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner is getting his pension regularly and besides the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         aforementioned amount other dues have already been<\/p>\n<p>         cleared. So far as, the claim made in the present writ<\/p>\n<p>         petition   is   concerned,   the    petitioner     has   filed   a<\/p>\n<p>         representation before the competent authority. However,<\/p>\n<p>         till date, no decision has been taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    It was submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner that the writ petition may be disposed of<\/p>\n<p>         granting liberty to file a fresh representation.<\/p>\n<p>                    The writ petition stands disposed of, granting<\/p>\n<p>         liberty to the petitioner, to file a fresh representation before<\/p>\n<p>         respondent no. 2\/Vice-Chancellor, Bhagalpur Tilka Manjhi<\/p>\n<p>         University, Bhagalpur, within a period of six weeks from<\/p>\n<p>         today. If such representation is filed, respondent no. 2 is<\/p>\n<p>         required to examine the same and pass appropriate order,<\/p>\n<p>         in accordance with law, redressing the grievances of the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>         filing of representation.
