     Learned \u00a0 counsel \u00a0 for \u00a0 the \u00a0 appellants \u00a0 Mr. \u00a0 Sahani \u00a0 submits \u00a0 that \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n                       appellant\u00a0no.\u00a01\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0maternal\u00a0uncle\u00adin\u00adlaw\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0victim\u00a0lady.\u00a0He\u00a0has\u00a0further\u00a0<br \/>\n                       submitted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0appellant\u00a0no.1\u00a0namely\u00a0Sitaram\u00a0Mehta\u00a0lives\u00a0in\u00a0another\u00a0<br \/>\n                       village\u00a0not\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0father\u00adin\u00adlaw\u00a0and\u00a0mother\u00adin\u00adlaw\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0victim\u00a0lady.\u00a0He\u00a0has\u00a0<br \/>\n                       further\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0though\u00a0one\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0witnesses\u00a0P.W.\u00a04\u00a0who\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0Bhabhi\u00a0<br \/>\n                       of\u00a0the\u00a0victim\u00a0lady,\u00a0has\u00a0stated\u00a0about\u00a0Sitaram\u00a0Mehta\u00a0but\u00a0P.W.\u00a03\u00a0who\u00a0is\u00a0brother\u00a0<br \/>\n                       of\u00a0the\u00a0victim\u00a0lady\u00a0and\u00a0husband\u00a0of\u00a0P.W.4\u00a0has\u00a0stated\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0evidence\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0<br \/>\n                       does \u00a0 not \u00a0 know \u00a0 Sitaram \u00a0 Mehta, \u00a0 therefore, \u00a0 there \u00a0 are \u00a0 some \u00a0 contradictions\u00a0<br \/>\n                       regarding \u00a0 Sitaram \u00a0 Mehta \u00a0 that \u00a0 whether \u00a0 he \u00a0 demanded \u00a0 any \u00a0 money \u00a0 from \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n                       victim\u00a0lady\u00a0or\u00a0from\u00a0her\u00a0family\u00a0members.\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Sahani\u00a0has\u00a0further\u00a0contended\u00a0<br \/>\n                       that \u00a0 except \u00a0 the \u00a0 allegation \u00a0 of \u00a0 demand, \u00a0 there \u00a0 is \u00a0 no \u00a0 other \u00a0 material \u00a0 against\u00a0<br \/>\n                       Sitaram\u00a0Mehta.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering \u00a0 the \u00a0 submissions, \u00a0 during \u00a0 the \u00a0 pendency \u00a0 of \u00a0 this \u00a0 Criminal\u00a0<br \/>\n                       Appeal,\u00a0the\u00a0appellant\u00a0no.1\u00adSitaram\u00a0Mehta,\u00a0is\u00a0directed\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0released\u00a0on\u00a0bail,\u00a0<br \/>\n                       on\u00a0furnishing\u00a0bail\u00a0bond\u00a0of\u00a0Rs.\u00a010,000\/\u00ad\u00a0(Ten\u00a0thousand)\u00a0with\u00a0two\u00a0sureties\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n                       like \u00a0 amount \u00a0 each \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 satisfaction \u00a0 of \u00a0 learned \u00a0 Additional \u00a0 Sessions \u00a0 Judge,\u00a0<br \/>\n                       F.T.C.\u00adIII, \u00a0 Hazaribagh \u00a0 in \u00a0 connection \u00a0 with \u00a0 Sessions \u00a0 Trial \u00a0 No. \u00a0 215 \u00a0 of \u00a0 2006\u00a0<br \/>\n                       subject\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0condition\u00a0that\u00a0one\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bailors\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0his\u00a0close\u00a0relative\u00a0having\u00a0<br \/>\n                       immovable\u00a0property\u00a0within\u00a0the\u00a0jurisdiction\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Court\u00a0concerned.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                                So\u00a0far\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0appellant\u00a0no.\u00a02\u00adGunwa\u00a0@\u00a0Ganwa\u00a0@\u00a0Kauleshwari\u00a0Devi,\u00a0<br \/>\n                       who \u00a0 is\u00a0 mother\u00adin\u00adlaw \u00a0 of \u00a0the \u00a0victim \u00a0 lady, \u00a0 is \u00a0concerned, \u00a0 I \u00a0 find \u00a0 that\u00a0 there \u00a0 is\u00a0<br \/>\n                       material\u00a0against\u00a0her\u00a0that\u00a0she\u00a0used\u00a0to\u00a0demand\u00a0money\u00a0and\u00a0also\u00a0tortured\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n                       victim\u00a0lady.\u00a0Furthermore,\u00a0it\u00a0has\u00a0come\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0inquest\u00a0report\u00a0that\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0<br \/>\n                       black\u00a0mark\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0neck\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0dead\u00a0body\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0victim\u00a0lady.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering\u00a0all\u00a0these\u00a0submissions,\u00a0I\u00a0am\u00a0not\u00a0inclined\u00a0to\u00a0grant\u00a0bail\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n                       appellant\u00a0no.\u00a02\u00adGunwa\u00a0@\u00a0Ganwa\u00a0@\u00a0Kauleshwari\u00a0Devi,\u00a0the\u00a0mother\u00adin\u00adlaw\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n
