Side)\n\n* * * * *\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis petition is focussed to get an F.I.R registered based on the<br \/>\ncomplaint of the petitioner dated 12.09.2010 and investigated by the police.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The nitty-gritty, the gist and kernel, the pith and marrow of the<br \/>\ngrievance of the petitioner is that despite he having lodged the complaint with<br \/>\nthe police, the latter failed to respond to it legally, whereas the learned<br \/>\nGovernment Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the police is enquiring<br \/>\ninto the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In this connection, the order of this Court dated 18.07.2007 in<br \/>\nCrl.O.P(MD)No.6616 of 2007, communicated vide circular ROC.No.1110B\/07\/F\/MB<br \/>\nP.Dis.No.5\/2007, dated 30.07.2007, shall be adhered to.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. Here, in this case, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned<br \/>\nMagistrate with an application in terms of Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, thereupon the<br \/>\nlearned Magistrate shall adhere to the procedures set out supra.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6.
