Deputy Superintendent of Police,\n\n_  DCRi\u00a3_, at_v'Be,l\u00a7:\u00a7aum, submitted a report dtd. 08\/ 05\/ 2007 to\n\n the , Tahsiidar, Gokak requesting to cancel the caste\n\n jcer'ti.\ufb01cate dtd. 05\/ 06\/ 1979 issued to the petitioner. The\n\n  i'_I'ahsi1dar by an Order dtd. 27\/11\/20% cancelled the caste\n\n\/'\n\n\/*\n\n\n\ncerti\ufb01cate dtd. 05\/06\/1979 issued to the petitioner. The\nTahsildar also lodged a complaint against the petitioner\n\nbefore the Gokak police, alleging commission of offences\n\npunishable under Sec. 196, 198, 199, 420 1.13.0. a.1"I'd::.S:(i5C.vv\n\n3(i) (ix) of S.C.\/S.T. Rarnachandra Mali, learned counsel appearing\n\nfor the petitioner contended that, in View of the \n\nOrder dtd. 11\/03\/2002 and the Order _pasiS-edi:ei_iljyi_ die5\n\nTahsildar dtd. 04\/09\/2009, it is not open' tVe?the'Atr-eepdnde't;t,"f\n\nto continue to prosecute the petitio.ne'r.. in i:Case":\n\n29 \/ 2008.
