The petitioner will make the<br \/>\n\tpayment of 0.5 % of the market value determined by the Collector on<br \/>\n\tor before 10th of every month by way of mesne profit and<br \/>\n\tin default of making payment, it will be open for the respondents to<br \/>\n\timplement the orders passed by the authorities below.\n<\/p>\n<p>After<br \/>\n\tinforming the members of the society, the office bearer of the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner &#8211;
