Respondents \n\nPRAYER:  Original Application No.7681 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, praying to direct the 4th respondent to pay the pensionary benefits to the applicant as per the order of the third respondent dated 20.11.1998 made in Ne.Mu.No.65179\/98\/Ka 2\/6, and pension arrears with interest at 18% p.a. Within the reasonable time.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\t\t     For Petitioner     :   No Appearance\t\t\t\t\t\t    \n\t\t     For Respondents :   Mr.S.Shivashnamugam,\n \t\t\t\t\t\t Government Advocate \n\n\n\t\t\t\t\tO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tWhen the matter was listed on 24.02.2010, there was no representation for the petitioner.
