                The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has  brought  to  our
\nnotice that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government in
\nG.O.Rt.No.895 Prohibition & Excise (XI) Department dated 10.05.2006 and he has
\nalso produced  copy of the same.  Accordingly, as on date nothing survives for
\nadjudication in this petition, hence the same is dismissed as infructuous.\n<\/p>\n
