A.G. for the respondents No.2 to 5.<br \/>\n      Counsel    appearing    on     behalf   of   respondent   No.1<br \/>\nsubmitted that his Senior Shri Mohan Sausarkar has gone to<br \/>\nDelhi and prays for short adjournment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Shri Rahul Jain, learned Dy.A.G. also submits that in this<br \/>\ncase State is required to file a detailed reply and for this he prays<br \/>\nfor two weeks time.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Prayer is opposed by the counsel for the petitioner who<br \/>\nsubmitted that more than 16 adjournments have been granted in<br \/>\nthis case but inspite of this respondents have not filed reply,<br \/>\nrather a proper reply in this matter. It is also submitted by her<br \/>\nthat this case was fixed today with the consent of the parties and<br \/>\nin case of adjournment, a heavy cost be imposed on the<br \/>\nrespondents because only to argue this matter, she has come<br \/>\nfrom Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Though the aforesaid contention is opposed by the<br \/>\nrespondents but we found substance in the objection of the<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      As the counsel for respondent No.1 is not appearing and<br \/>\nState has not filed proper reply, we adjourn hearing of this<br \/>\nmatter for a period of 2 weeks as prayed by Shri Rahul Jain,<br \/>\nhowever, on payment of cost which we quantify Rs.10,000\/-<br \/>\npayable by both the set of the respondents in equal share. The<br \/>\naforesaid cost will be paid by the respondents before the next<br \/>\ndate of hearing to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 2&#8230;..\n<\/p>\n<p>                W.P.No.9061 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>09.08.2011<\/p>\n<p>      List for hearing on 12th September,2011. On or before that<br \/>\ndate, State and respondent No.1 shall filed their detailed reply.<br \/>\nAfter getting the reply from the respondents, we shall fix the<br \/>\nmatter for hearing on the aforesaid date.\n<\/p>\n<p>      At this stage, learned Dy.A.G. submitted that he is not<br \/>\npossessing copy of the petition.
