APP (DB) No.135 of 2009\n                           RANJEET KUMAR SINGH\n                                   Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>09\/     29.04.2011                   I.A.    No.   59    of    2011     is   filed    on<\/p>\n<p>                      behalf     of    the     informant      for    enhancement      of<\/p>\n<p>                      sentence from the life imprisonment to death.<\/p>\n<p>                                     The     appeal      was        filed    by      the<\/p>\n<p>                      convict\/appellant whereby he was sentenced to<\/p>\n<p>                      undergo R.I. for life. Section 372 of the Code<\/p>\n<p>                      of    Criminal        Procedure    bars       entertaining     an<\/p>\n<p>                      application other than regular criminal appeal<\/p>\n<p>                      filed     by    the      victim\/informant         against      the<\/p>\n<p>                      judgment.
