MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tCounsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the 1st respondent-College is<br \/>\nallowed time to obtain instructions from its Trust which runs the<br \/>\nCollege and submit the following information:\n<\/p>\n<p>(i)\tIn<br \/>\nwhich post the appellant was appointed and the period of \tservice<br \/>\nrendered in the College.\n<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\tWhat<br \/>\nwas the salary paid to him monthly, and the total amount \tpaid while<br \/>\nhe was in service.\n<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\tAmount,<br \/>\nif any, deducted from salary for any reason, such as \tdetention of<br \/>\nresidential quarter beyond the period of removal from \tservice.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tCounsel<br \/>\nwill also state as to why this Court shall not set aside the portion<br \/>\nof the order by which costs have been imposed on the appellant.
