Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :31\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n             ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.4879 of 2010\n            ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 31st day of August, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is the sole accused in Crime No.649\/2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Pandalam Police Station for offences punishable under Section<\/p>\n<p>376 I.P.C. and Section 67 of the IT Act, seeks his enlargement<\/p>\n<p>on bail. The petitioner was arrested on 21\/06\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioner, the present stage<\/p>\n<p>of investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is directed to be released on bail with effect from<\/p>\n<p>13\/9\/2010 on the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for<\/p>\n<p>the like amount to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of<\/p>\n<p>the First Class, Adoor and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>           1. The petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.4879\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>                11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The petitioner shall make himself available<\/p>\n<p>                for    interrogation      including   custodial<\/p>\n<p>                interrogation as and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>                police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p>            3. The petitioner shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>                shall he attempt to tamper with the<\/p>\n<p>                evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>            4.
