State of Rajasthan.\n<\/p>\n<pre>DATE OF ORDER:                     13.07.2011\n\nHON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NARENDRA KUMAR JAIN\n\nMr. Dharmendra Pareek, for the appellant.\nMs. Alka Bhatnagar, Public Prosecutor, for the State.\n\n\t\tHeard learned counsel for the parties.\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.\t\tIt is contended on behalf of the appellant that looking to the short term of sentence, the learned trial court itself has suspended the sentence of the appellant for one month, therefore, the sentence of imprisonment awarded by the trial court be suspended during pendency of the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tAfter considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, I am inclined to allow this application and the same is hereby allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tIt is directed that sentence of imprisonment of appellant namely Chothmal S\/o.
