\tMr.\n<\/p>\n
Ramnandan Singh learned advocate for the appellant has submitted that
\nas per the order dated 26th March 2010 the appellant has
\ndeposited the awarded amount.\n<\/p>\n
\tWhile
\nMr. Chirag Patel learned advocate for the opponent has confirmed the
\nstatement about the deposit, however he has disputed the submission
\nthat the entire amount has been deposited. Mr. Patel has submitted
\nthat there is shortfall of about Rs. 76,640.35 being the amount
\ntowards interest for the period from 7th April 2009 to 6th
\nApril 2010.\n<\/p>\n
\tIn
\nthis context Mr. Singh submitted that if at all there is any error in
\ncalculating amount required to be deposited, the same will be
\nrectified and the shortfall will be made good within period of 10
\ndays from today. He has assured that entire amount will be deposited
\non or before 30th April 2010.\n<\/p>\n
\tMr.\n<\/p>\n
Patel also made grievance about the fact that the direction regarding
\nrelease of Bank Guarantee for the value of Rs. 15,300\/- has also not
\nbeen complied with. On this count also Mr. Singh has assured that the
\nBank Guarantee shall be released on or before 30th April
\n2010.\n<\/p>\n
\tSo
\nas to ensure that the aforesaid shortfalls are made good and
\ndirection are complied the hearing of the appeal is adjourned to 5th
\nMay 2010.\n<\/p>\n
