SAHAI)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tThe<br \/>\nlearned AGP has raised preliminary objection that this writ petition<br \/>\nis not maintainable as the petitioners have remedy either in filing<br \/>\nappeal challenging the impugned order or by way of filing First<br \/>\nAppeal but the writ petition is not maintainable under Article 226 of<br \/>\nthe Constitution of India.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard Mr A.J. Patel, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr<br \/>\nN.J. Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No.1<br \/>\nand 2.  We are of the opinion that this writ petition is not<br \/>\nmaintainable as remedy is available to the petitioners either to file<br \/>\nRevision Application or to file Appeal.  This petition is dismissed<br \/>\non the ground of alternative remedy with liberty to the petitioners<br \/>\nto approach appropriate legal forum.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t[V.\n<\/p>\n<p>M.
