No.   1629\/2007:     This   is   a   petition   to   condone<\/p>\n<p>the   delay   of   453   days   in   filing   the   appeal.     The   appeal   is   filed<\/p>\n<p>against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.27\/2004 on the file<\/p>\n<p>of   the   Sub   Court,   Kasaragod.    Acquisition   is   for   the   purpose   of<\/p>\n<p>Railways.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.        It   is   seen   that   the   relied   on   judgment   in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.R.No.39\/2001 has become final by judgment of this Court in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.No.123\/2008.
