No. 4926     of  2005\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      Dated this the 6th day of October, 2006\n\n\n                                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The  grievance of the petitioners  is  that  their service  has  not been<\/p>\n<p>regularized in the light of Ext.P4 circular issued by the 4th  respondent. The<\/p>\n<p>objection   raised   by   the   respondent   bank   is   that   the   bank   has   already<\/p>\n<p>requested the 4th respondent Registrar of Co-operative Societies to sanction<\/p>\n<p>additional   posts   to   regularize   the   service   of   the   petitioners.   Now   as   per<\/p>\n<p>order No. CRB 4983\/2006 dated 31-8-2006 issued by the  Joint Registrar of<\/p>\n<p>Co-operative Societies the posts are sanctioned.   In the circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to take steps to<\/p>\n<p>regularize   the   service   of   the   petitioners.
