Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 232\/2010, registered under<\/p>\n<p>                     Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Sections 420, 409,<\/p>\n<p>                     273 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner is owner of rice mill undertakes to supply<\/p>\n<p>                     fresh and changed rice, if the rice is not found fit to the quality and<\/p>\n<p>                     take back the quantity of rice if any delivered by him lying in the<\/p>\n<p>                     godown of F.C.I.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>                     period of one month from today, shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232\/2010, subject to the conditions<\/p>\n<p>                     as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>             m.p.
