RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                      Crl.M.C.No.1100 of 2008\n                    = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n              Dated this the 13th day of March, 2008\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The Petitioner, who is the accused in C.C.No.121 of 2002 on the<\/p>\n<p>file of the J.F.C.M-II (Mobile), Alappuzha for an offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, seeks a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the said Magistrate to release the petitioner on bail on the<\/p>\n<p>date of \/her surrender itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. Admittedly non bailable warrants of arrest are pending<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner.   The circumstances under which those non<\/p>\n<p>bailable warrants of arrest came to be issued against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>are not discernible to this Court. It is only proper that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>surrenders before the learned Magistrate and seeks regular bail.<\/p>\n<p>        Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>permitting the petitioners to surrender before the learned Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>and file an application for regular bail within a period of three weeks<\/p>\n<p>from today. In case the petitioner complies with the above condition,<\/p>\n<p>her bail application shall be considered and disposed of on merits<\/p>\n<p>preferably on the same date on which it is filed notwithstanding the<\/p>\n<p>pendency of non bailable warrants, if any, against her.<\/p>\n<p>                                         V.
