Shikarwar,APP\n                                     ( in ABA 572\/11)\n\n3\/18.04.2011<\/pre>\n<p>:      Both the anticipatory bail applications arose from the<br \/>\n     same FIR, thus are heard together and disposed of by this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Heard Sri. Ramesh Kumar Singh and Sri N.K. Prasad for the<br \/>\n     petitioners , Sri S.K. Srivastava, learned Additional P.P. and Sri. H.K.<br \/>\n     Shikarwar, learned Additional P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>           From perusal of FIR, I find that only a case of violation of bye-<br \/>\n     laws is made out which, in my view, can be resolved departmentally.<br \/>\n     There is nothing in the counter affidavit to show that petitioners have<br \/>\n     cheated the informant or any other person.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow these<br \/>\n     applications and direct the petitioners to surrender in the court below<br \/>\n     by 27.4.2011 and in that event the court below is directed to enlarge<br \/>\n     the petitioners of both the anticipatory bail applications, above named,<br \/>\n     on bail    on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) each<br \/>\n     with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of      Chief<br \/>\n     Judicial Magistrate, Saraikela in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case<br \/>\n     No. 330 of 2010 ( G.R.
