Dave) dated 30\/07\/2008 in Special<br \/>\nCriminal Application No.270 of 2008 and connected matters,<br \/>\nad-interim-relief granted earlier stands vacated at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tShri<br \/>\nS V Raju, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\napplicants submitted that applicant No.2-Ravi Prakash Khemka will<br \/>\nappear before the learned trial Court in the aforesaid criminal<br \/>\ncases.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nthereafter the present application will be considered on merits<br \/>\ninclusive of consideration of interim-relief on merits.  S.O. to<br \/>\n29\/09\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tShri<br \/>\nRaju, learned Senior Counsel has further submitted that so far as<br \/>\napplicant No.2-Ravi Prakash Khemka is concerned, as he is aged almost<br \/>\nabout 80 years, an appropriate application for exemption would be<br \/>\nsubmitted before the learned trial Court.
