Application No. 15377 of 2008<br \/>\n\tin Criminal Misc. Application No.11315 of 2008 dated 17\/12\/2008<br \/>\n\twherein Condition No.(a) &amp; (c) of the earlier order passed by<br \/>\n\tthis Court in Misc. Criminal Application No. 11315 of 2008 dated<br \/>\n\t12.9.2008 was already modified. This is another application seeking<br \/>\n\tfurther modification of the order  dated 17\/12\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe averments made in the application and since once condition is<br \/>\n\talready modified by this Court vide order dated 17\/12\/2008 in<br \/>\n\tCriminal Misc.
