2.     During \u00a0 the \u00a0 hearing, \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 stated \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 copy \u00a0 of \u00a0 affidavit \u00a0 furnished \u00a0 to \u00a0 him \u00a0 by \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
       Respondents\u00a0is\u00a0dated\u00a008.08.2003,\u00a0while\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0asked\u00a0for\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0affidavit\u00a0dated\u00a009.09.2003.\u00a0Further,\u00a0<\/p>\n
       what\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0have\u00a0given\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0is\u00a0an\u00a0undertaking\u00a0and\u00a0not\u00a0an\u00a0affidavit.\u00a0The\u00a0Respondents\u00a0<\/p>\n
       stated\u00a0that\u00a0that\u00a0they\u00a0have\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0the\u00a0undertaking\u00a0,\u00a0which\u00a0was\u00a0available\u00a0in\u00a0their\u00a0<\/p>\n
