                         counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.<\/p>\n
                                     Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in a case under<\/p>\n
                         Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 read with Section 34 of the<\/p>\n
                         Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                                     There is a case and counter case in which it is said that<\/p>\n
                         six persons have assaulted two persons. The injured have been<\/p>\n
                         treated in the Patna Medical College & Hospital.<\/p>\n
                                     In the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n
                         these petitioners. This application is dismissed.<\/p>\n
