     Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per<\/p>\n
his knowledge, total five F.I.Rs have been submitted and in one<\/p>\n
of the cases, police submitted final report and in two of the<\/p>\n
cases, this Court passed    order that no coercive step may be<\/p>\n
taken against the petitioners and those cases are – W.P.(Cr.) No.<\/p>\n
445 of 2010 and W.P.(Cr.) No. 8 of 2011.<\/p>\n
     It appears from the facts of the case that F.I.Rs were filed<\/p>\n
in June, 2010 and the Court would like to know whether the<\/p>\n
investigation has been completed in these cases or not including<\/p>\n
in those cases, wherein this Court has ordered not to take<\/p>\n
coercive steps against the petitioners.<\/p>\n
     The State may submit counter affidavit.<\/p>\n
     List W.P.(Cr.) No. 445 of 2010 and W.P.(Cr.) No. 8 of 2011<\/p>\n
along with these writ petitions.\n<\/p>\n
                       List all these four matters on 16th September, 2011.<\/p>\n
                      Meanwhile, no coercive steps may be taken against the<\/p>\n
                 petitioners in W.P. (Cr.) No. 110 of 2011 and W.P.(Cr.) No. 133<\/p>\n
