It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted by the Government Pleader that petitioner is an<\/p>\n<p>accused in a crime and he was arrested and remanded. If a<\/p>\n<p>crime is registered, police is free to conduct investigation<\/p>\n<p>according to law. If petitioner is harassed, he can approach the<\/p>\n<p>Jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate relief.
