Jindal, J<br \/>\n            This is an appeal filed by the claimant-appellant against the<br \/>\naward dated 26.11.2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,<br \/>\nGurgaon, for enhancement.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The claimant remained admitted in the hospital only for two<br \/>\ndays and he did not suffer any disability. Besides medical expenses, he was<br \/>\nawarded Rs.10,000\/- on other heads.\n<\/p>\n<p>            No grounds for enhancement of compensation are made out.<br \/>\n            Dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<pre>July 15, 2009                                          (A.N.
