After learned advocate Mr.N.R.Sahani has expired, a<br \/>\nnotice has been issued to petitioner. However,  the aforesaid notice<br \/>\nhas been received by petitioner &#8211; Kety Soli Malesaria but, no<br \/>\nappearance is filed by any advocate and thereafter, petitioner has<br \/>\nalso  expired and  his legal heirs have already been joined in<br \/>\npresent proceedings. Therefore, though notice is served to<br \/>\npetitioner, no appearance is filed by any advocate on their behalf<br \/>\nand matter remained as it is. This being an old matter of 1996, same<br \/>\nis dismissed in default.
