The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0RTI\u00a0application\u00a0dt.9.9.09\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0PIO,\u00a0AIR,\u00a0Kota.\u00a0\u00a0He\u00a0requested\u00a0for\u00a0information\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        related\u00a0to\u00a0talkers\u00a0who\u00a0were\u00a0invited\u00a0to\u00a0participate\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0programme\u00a0\u00a0&#8216;Kheti\u00a0Va\u00a0Ghar&#8217;\u00a0in\u00a0AIR\u00a0\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        period\u00a01.1.2000\u00a0to\u00a0 30.6.2008.\u00a0 \u00a0He\u00a0also\u00a0provided\u00a0the\u00a0names\u00a0of\u00a0various\u00a0talkers\u00a0who\u00a0were\u00a0invited.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        Furthermore\u00a0he\u00a0sought\u00a0details\u00a0of\u00a0programme\u00a0broadcast\u00a0in\u00a0respect\u00a0of\u00a0each\u00a0one\u00a0of\u00a0them\u00a0besides\u00a0their\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        addresses,\u00a0their\u00a0duties,\u00a0\u00a0recording\u00a0and\u00a0amount\u00a0of\u00a0fees\u00a0paid\u00a0to\u00a0them\u00a0etc.\u00a0\u00a0He\u00a0also\u00a0sought\u00a0information\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        related\u00a0to\u00a0Shri\u00a0Brijendra\u00a0Singh,\u00a0compere\u00a0including\u00a0the\u00a0dates\u00a0on\u00a0which\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0employed\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        amount\u00a0paid\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0The\u00a0PIO\u00a0replied\u00a0on\u00a01.10.09\u00a0requesting\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0to\u00a0deposit\u00a0Rs.520\/\u00ad\u00a0towards\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        supply \u00a0 of \u00a0 260 \u00a0 pages \u00a0 of \u00a0 information. \u00a0 Not \u00a0 satisfied \u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 reply, \u00a0 the \u00a0 Applicant \u00a0 filed \u00a0 an \u00a0 appeal\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        dt.19.11.09\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0reiterating\u00a0his\u00a0request\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0information.\u00a0Ms.Vijayalaxmi\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        Chhabra,\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0replied\u00a0on\u00a07.12.09\u00a0directing\u00a0the\u00a0PIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0correct\u00a0\u00a0information\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        sought\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0.\u00a0In\u00a0compliance\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0orders\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority,\u00a0the\u00a0PIO\u00a0provided\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        the\u00a0information\u00a0consisting\u00a0of\u00a0\u00a0260\u00a0pages\u00a0of\u00a0information\u00a0free\u00a0of\u00a0cost.\u00a0Still\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied,\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0Applicant\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        filed\u00a0a\u00a0second\u00a0appeal\u00a0dt.4.3.10\u00a0before\u00a0CIC\u00a0stating\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0then\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0threatened\u00a0him\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        had\u00a0lodged\u00a0an\u00a0FIR\u00a0with\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0police,\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0which\u00a0was\u00a0also\u00a0enclosed\u00a0by\u00a0him.<\/p>\n<p>2.      The\u00a0Bench\u00a0of\u00a0Mrs.\u00a0Annapurna\u00a0Dixit,\u00a0Information\u00a0Commissioner,\u00a0scheduled\u00a0the\u00a0hearing\u00a0for\u00a0June\u00a09,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        2010.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      Shri\u00a0N.R.Meena,\u00a0PIO\u00a0and\u00a0Shri\u00a0M.K.Raga,\u00a0Accountant\u00a0represented\u00a0the\u00a0Public\u00a0Authority.<\/p>\n<p>4.      The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0present\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Decision\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.       The\u00a0Commission\u00a0observed\u00a0that\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0sought\u00a0any\u00a0relief\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0and\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         that\u00a0he\u00a0has\u00a0only\u00a0complained\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0threatened\u00a0him.\u00a0\u00a0It\u00a0was\u00a0also\u00a0noted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         has\u00a0\u00a0already\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0FIR\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0police\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0police\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0seized\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0hence\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         the\u00a0Commission\u00a0\u00a0finds\u00a0no\u00a0reason\u00a0to\u00a0interfere\u00a0\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0functioning\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0law\u00a0enforcing\u00a0authority.<\/p>\n<p>5.
