Agnihotry,Aryamitra Singh\nRespondent Counsel :- G.A.\n\nHon'ble Abdul Mateen,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Hon&#8217;ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government<br \/>\nAdvocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No.<br \/>\n39 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 406, 504 &amp; 506 IPC read with Section \u00be<br \/>\nDowry Prohibition Act, police station Mahila Thana, district Lucknow.<br \/>\nWe have gone through the contents of the FIR and other documents annexed<br \/>\nhereto.\n<\/p>\n<p>Since it is a matrimonial dispute which has arisen between petitioner No. 1<br \/>\nand the daughter of opposite party No. 3\/wife of petitioner No. 1, it has been<br \/>\nsubmitted that every effort may be made so that the parties may settle their<br \/>\ndispute and live peacefully.\n<\/p>\n<p>We also feel that if a chance is taken by sending the matter to the Mediation<br \/>\nCentre of this Court, the parties may settle the dispute amicably.<br \/>\nAccordingly, let notice be issued to opposite party No. 3 through Chief<br \/>\nJudicial Magistrate, Lucknow with direction to produce Smt. Jyoti Thapa\/wife<br \/>\nof petitioner No. 1 before this Court on 24.02.2010. She shall apprise the<br \/>\nCourt as to whether she is agreeable for sending the matter to the Mediation<br \/>\nCentre of this Court or not. Petitioner No. 1 is also directed to appear before<br \/>\nthis Court on the next date of listing.\n<\/p>\n<p>List\/put up on 24.02.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>Till 24.02.2010, the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime<br \/>\nnumber, provided they deposit Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in this<br \/>\nCourt within a week from today out of which Rs. 8,000\/- (Rupees eight<br \/>\nthousand only) shall be paid to Smt.
