In pursuance of the notice issued, the first\nrespondent admitting the employment of the petitioner as\nthe cleaner on the Vehicle alleged that the wasjiaying\n\nRs.2,500\/-- per month as salary in addition to}; \n\nday as bata. He also contended \n\nrespondent insurer is liable  \nWhereas, the second res,po'nde1l\\Eh:v,,,\u00a2ile\u00a21 \nobjections denying the relationship of and\nemployee between  first respondent\n\nand alsol'th.e.p:sa1arj;r;--liability andthe disability. I have carefully scrutinized the material placed\non record in the context of the submissions madeyby the\n\nlearned counsel.
