Karn, learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel   appearing    on   behalf    of    Respondent   No.<\/p>\n<p>                     6\/Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The present writ petition has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner with a prayer to direct the Respondents to revise<\/p>\n<p>                     his pension and grant other retiral dues.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the State submits that<\/p>\n<p>                     during the pendency of the writ petition all the grievances<\/p>\n<p>                     of the petitioner have already been redressed. He submits<\/p>\n<p>                     that such fact has been mentioned in the counter affidavit<\/p>\n<p>                     filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 &amp; 4.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner does not<\/p>\n<p>                     dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                     In view of stand taken by the parties there is no<\/p>\n<p>         need to further keep the matter pending.<\/p>\n<p>                     The writ petition stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<pre>Praful                            ( Rakesh Kumar, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
