The land in question in<br \/>\nthe aforesaid appeal and the present appeals are adjoining lands,<br \/>\nacquired for the same purpose of road and the notifications under<br \/>\nsections 4 and 6 are also common. The learned Tribunal has decided<br \/>\nthe all the  references together.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThis<br \/>\nCourt, by judgement and order dated  13th August 2008<br \/>\ndismissed the aforesaid First Appeal No.547 of 1996. Therefore, for<br \/>\nthe reasons recorded in the said judgement there are no merits in the<br \/>\npresent appeals and therefore the same are accordingly dismissed.
