The Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department,\n                      Kendriya Bhawan Pramandal, Patna.\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   18.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>                   directing the respondents to immediately pay the amount of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.3,90,488.00 with interest against the bill for articles already<\/p>\n<p>                   supplied by the petitioner to the respondent-Building Construction<\/p>\n<p>                   Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for the use of office and<\/p>\n<p>                   residential    office   of   the   Minister   Building    Construction<\/p>\n<p>                   Department, Bihar, Patna for the year 2004-2008 which has been<\/p>\n<p>                   admitted by the authorities and for other ancillary reliefs.<\/p>\n<p>                                 3. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   the arguments made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ<\/p>\n<p>                   petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach<\/p>\n<p>                   the Chief Engineer (South), Building Construction Department,<\/p>\n<p>                   Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.4) for payment of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        aforesaid dues with interest. If such an application is filed by the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner along with a copy of this order within fifteen days from<\/p>\n<p>        today before the said authority, it shall decide the same within two<\/p>\n<p>        months thereafter and all the admitted dues and interest must be<\/p>\n<p>        paid to the petitioner immediately thereafter. If the said respondent<\/p>\n<p>        did not find any portion of the dues or interest, he shall pass a<\/p>\n<p>        speaking order with respect thereto within the aforesaid time so<\/p>\n<p>        that petitioner may challenge the same before the appropriate<\/p>\n<p>        authority.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             (S.
