Singh.\n\n         On behalf of the Respondent, Shri H.S. Dhona, CPIO was present.<\/pre>\n<p>2.       In this case, the Complainant had, in his application dated 20<\/p>\n<p>February 2009, requested the CPIO for the action taken report on his<\/p>\n<p>complaint against one Jagmohan Arora, an employee of the Bank. In his<\/p>\n<p>reply dated 6 March 2009, the CPIO refused to share the information by<\/p>\n<p>claiming exemption under Section 8(1) (d) and (j) of the Right to<\/p>\n<p>Information (RTI) Act. Against this, a complaint has been filed in the CIC.<\/p>\n<p>3.       We     heard   this   case       through   videoconferencing.    Both   the<\/p>\n<p>representative of the Complainant and the Respondent were present in the<\/p>\n<p>Meerut studio of the NIC. We heard their submissions. We do not agree with<\/p>\n<p>the CPIO that the action taken on the complaint can be treated as either<\/p>\n<p>personal information or commercial confidence. Therefore, we now direct<\/p>\n<p>the CPIO to provide to the Appellant within 10 working days from the<\/p>\n<p>receipt of this order the photocopy of the entire file on the action taken on<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/C\/2009\/000621<br \/>\n the complaint against the said employee including the report of the enquiry<\/p>\n<p>officer.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>4.       With the above direction, the complaint is disposed off.<\/p>\n<p>5.
