Patel, learned advocate for the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner, has submitted that he does not challenge the<br \/>\n\tregistration of the respondent No.4-The Juna Kalana Mahila Dudh<br \/>\n\tUtpadak Sahakari Mandali Limited. In that view of the matter, the<br \/>\n\trespondent No.3 is hereby directed not to disturb the registration<br \/>\n\tof respondent No.4 as aforesaid. However, Mr.V.C. Vaghela, learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate for the respondent No.4, has clearly conceded that he also<br \/>\n\tdoes not have any objection if the petitioner is registered as<br \/>\n\tprayed for by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of aforesaid, present petitions are hereby partly allowed. The<br \/>\n\timpugned orders passed by the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 respectively<br \/>\n\tare hereby quashed and set aside. The matters are remanded to the<br \/>\n\trespondent No.3. The petitioner will approach the respondent No.3<br \/>\n\tfor change of name of the Society which will not be objected to by<br \/>\n\tthe respondent No.4 herein. The respondent No.3 is also directed to<br \/>\n\tregister the society of the petitioner since the respondent No.4 has<br \/>\n\tno objection.
