P (C) No. 11645 of 2008\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                  Dated this, the 29th     July, 2008.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has some property by the side of NH 220 (Kollam-<\/p>\n<p>Theni National Highway).        The petitioner wants to make some<\/p>\n<p>constructions in that property. Under the Kerala Highway Protection<\/p>\n<p>Act, 1999, the petitioner has to obtain prior no-objection certificate<\/p>\n<p>from the National Highway Authorities. Seeking such no-objection<\/p>\n<p>certificate, the petitioner   filed Ext. P2 application before the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext. P2 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.  I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard all parties, I dispose of this writ petition with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P2<\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Sd\/-  S.
