C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Petitioner alleges that the respondents herein have committed contempt of<\/p>\n<p>court, in that they have not complied with the directions contained in Annexure<\/p>\n<p>-III judgment, whereby they were directed to consider Ext.P5 and to dispose of<\/p>\n<p>the same, in accordance with law, though Annexure III judgment was passed as<\/p>\n<p>early as on 13.10.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>       When the matter came up for consideration today, a copy of the order<\/p>\n<p>passed pursuant to the direction issued as per Annexure III judgment has been<\/p>\n<p>served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. As such there is no contempt as of<\/p>\n<p>now. If the petitioner has got any grievance against the order, he can challenge the<\/p>\n<p>same before appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>       Closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                          P.R.
