Dagli, learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, states<br \/>\nthat the respondent-Corporation will release all payments, as may be<br \/>\nadmissible under the Rules of the petitioner-Corporation, within a<br \/>\nreasonable period, if the same have not been paid so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above statement made by Mr. Dagli, the petitioners are<br \/>\ndirected to make a representation, involving the present subject<br \/>\nmatter, to respondent no.2 herein, within a period of one month from<br \/>\ntoday. On such representation being made, respondent no.2-authority<br \/>\nis directed to do the needful in that regard and shall see to it that<br \/>\nthe payments, as may be available to the original workman under the<br \/>\nRules of the petitioner-Corporation, are released in favour of the<br \/>\npetitioners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt<br \/>\nof such representation from the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tWith<br \/>\nthe above direction, the petition stands disposed of.
